CHARITY QUIZ NIGHT

We are very pleased to announce our Christmas Quiz Night for 2025, which is being held on Sunday 23rd November at Kesgrave War Memorial Community Centre (Twelve Acre Approach, Kesgrave, Ipswich IP5 1JF), with a start time of 7.00pm.
Teams can include between 4 – 6 members and entry is £6 per person.
The event welcomes teams of all abilities to put their knowledge to the test while enjoying a friendly but competitive festive atmosphere. Whether you're a seasoned quizzer or just looking for a great Christmas night out in support of a worthy cause, this is an event not to be missed.
On the night there will be a licensed bar, a big screen displaying all of the questions, and plenty of prizes to be won during the quiz itself and as part of a Christmas raffle, thanks to the generous support from local businesses.
This year, we will be raising money for For Get Me Not Golf. Local marketing agency Ginger Pickle has once again kindly agreed to be the Principal Supporter of the event.
Matthew Coward, Director for All About Hearing, said:
"Our quiz nights have become a real highlight in the community, and we’re delighted to be bringing a festive twist this year. It’s a fantastic opportunity to come together, enjoy some Christmas cheer, and support a brilliant cause at the same time."
He added:
"We’re proud to be raising funds for For Get Me Not Golf, a wonderful charity helping empower people living with Dementia through the game of golf. With hearing loss being one of the most significant modifiable risk factors for dementia, the cause is especially close to our hearts."

About our chosen charity - Fore Get Me Not Golf
Our chosen charity, Fore Get Me Not Golf, is founded on the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to experience joy, community and wellbeing regardless of age or cognitive ability. Through the power of golf, they aim to create welcoming, supportive spaces for people living with dementia and their carers, recognising the profound positive impact that social connection, physical activity and nature can have on the quality of life.
In 2023, Seckford Golf Club in Woodbridge, led by Tony Pennock, received England Golf’s highest honour—Club of the Year—for its role in bringing FGMNG to life. Sky Sports even featured this incredible initiative in a special program, highlighting its impact.
The charity believes golf can be more than a game, it can be a lifeline. Through their work, they seek to break down barriers, challenge stigma and build a more dementia friendly society, one fairway at a time.
