We strongly believe that early detection of hearing loss is key to improving peoples’ quality of life.
To aid us in our mission to spread this message, we are thrilled to welcome Russell Osman as our very first Hearing Ambassador. His first-hand experience and his passion for encouraging others to act sooner than he did, will undoubtedly inspire others to seek help.

All About Hearing is proud to introduce former Ipswich Town footballer Russell Osman as its very first ‘Hearing Ambassador’.
Osman, a club legend known for his defensive prowess, will be helping us to raising public awareness about hearing health, challenging the stigma associated with hearing loss, and emphasising the significance of wearing hearing devices.
Osman, who had been struggling with hearing loss before recently being fitted with the latest Signia IX hearing aids, is keen to share his experience with others, “I was hesitant to seek help for my hearing loss and tinnitus, but I’m so glad I did. Karen and the team at All About Hearing were incredibly empathetic, supportive and understanding.
"My new hearing aids have made a huge difference. I can now hear conversations more clearly, enjoy music and TV again, and even confidently participate in social activities, including my beloved golf. The big added bonus is a big reduction in my tinnitus level.”
